Derek’s is the original concept of using glass as water
for a table. Many have now copied this idea.
It began with the Hippo Table, carved in solid limewood and was followed by
Diving Ducks, Dolphins, Seals, Frogs, Sea Otter, Synchronised Swimmers, Man
in a Bath, Woman in the Bath reading The Scotsman Newspaper, and even King Kanute
holding back the waves – or trying to!
